I started FEVO in 2016 after 25 years in tech and finance. I had come to the realisation that e-commerce needed a rethink. At its inception, online shopping was simply about verifying the basics: billing address, mailing address, credit card information. Then came an evolution in efficiency: How do I reduce the number of screens it takes to complete a purchase from 13 to one or two?
But one critical aspect of shopping was cast aside to make it all “work”: the social element. What was once a unifying, rewarding group experience had become lonely and isolating.
We think the next generation of consumers deserves better, and our goal is to help brands give it to them — with FEVO, shoppers get a more rewarding experience and brands get increased loyalty, data and revenue. Everybody wins.
